Negative pressure wound therapy for appropriate wounds, including application, dressing changes, and monitoring, with care coordinated alongside the referring provider.

Application of amniotic tissue–based skin substitutes for selected wounds, when appropriate following clinical evaluation and in accordance with applicable coverage requirements.

Application of Oasis extracellular matrix skin substitutes for selected chronic wounds, when clinically appropriate as part of a comprehensive wound care plan.

Platelet-rich plasma therapy, prepared from the patient’s own blood, offered for selected patients following evaluation and discussion of potential benefits and risks.

Evaluation of nutritional factors that may affect wound healing, with recommendations shared with the patient and their care team.

Assessment of circulation and vascular factors related to wound care, with treatment or referral to appropriate specialists as indicated.
